One site visit. We clamp current sensors onto the incoming supply, connect any required pulse meters and commission secure monitoring—with no downtime or rewiring.
You log in the next morning
Your private dashboard shows live load, daily consumption, monthly trends and peak demand in any modern browser.
Reports are ready when needed
Download clean data and generate evidence for BREEAM, GLA Be Seen, ESOS, SECR or LEED. Historic readings remain available for long-term comparison.
Before you book
Three things your site needs to be ready.
We check the installation requirements before attending so the monitoring can be commissioned efficiently in one visit.
Suitable metering
Electricity can usually be monitored non-intrusively. Gas and water meters require a suitable pulse output if those utilities are included.
A reliable connection
Working Wi-Fi at the meter position is ideal. We can also advise on wired, extended or mobile connectivity where needed.
Access on installation day
We need confirmed access to the meter cabinet, any relevant keys or codes and landlord permission where equipment sits in a shared area.
